How the math works

Three divisions, no pharmacy degree. Concentration first: 5 mg of peptide into 2 ml of water is 2.5 mg/ml. Your dose divided by concentration is the volume: 250 mcg (0.25 mg) ÷ 2.5 mg/ml = 0.1 ml. A U-100 insulin syringe reads 100 units per ml, so 0.1 ml sits at the 10-unit mark. The water amount is your one free choice — more water means the same dose lands on a bigger, easier-to-read number.
