A vascular bioregulator peptide with barely anything behind it. Vesugen has cell studies, one 32-person aging study that raises as many questions as it answers, and no controlled trial. If you are looking at vascular health, every standard intervention from exercise to blood-pressure management has a thousand times the evidence base. Vesugen is a curiosity, not a tool.
What it is
Vesugen is a three-amino-acid synthetic peptide, Lys-Glu-Asp, from the Khavinson bioregulator family. The target is vascular endothelium, the cells that line your blood vessels. In cell culture it stimulates the proliferation marker Ki-67 in vascular endothelial cells. In a separate experiment, the same lab found vesugen’s effects on differentiation factors were more pronounced in aged prostatic fibroblasts than in young ones, the bioregulator pitch that the peptide finds tissue that needs repair.
Among its siblings, vesugen sits near the bottom for evidence. Thymalin has human studies and decades of clinical use. Vilon has conflicting animal data. Vesugen has one small report and bench work.

Realistic protocols
I am not building a protocol around one 32-person study and some cell assays. The community runs vesugen the same way it runs all Khavinson bioregulators: short courses of subcutaneous injections, typically a few hundred micrograms daily for 10 to 20 days, then months off. If you run it, go low, go short, and understand the vascular-health story is a hypothesis, not a finding.
