RAD-150 is sold as an ester prodrug of RAD-140, testolone that stays in your system longer and hits smoother. No published study of the intended compound exists, not in a cell, not in a rat, not in a person. The only PubMed hit for “RAD 150” is a 1975 paper about an entirely different chemical. If you want what RAD-140 does, use RAD-140, where the suppression and liver stress are at least characterized. RAD-150 is a version number, not an upgrade.

What it is

Sold as an ester modification of the RAD-140 scaffold, designed to extend its duration and smooth the pharmacokinetic curve. The theory is standard prodrug chemistry: attach an ester, the body cleaves it, and you get sustained release of the active parent. But nothing about this specific compound has been verified in any published study. No paper confirms the structure, tests the receptor binding, measures the ester cleavage, or compares it to RAD-140 in any model. OTR-AC does the same thing to ostarine, and its published record is just as empty.

Realistic protocols

No dose has been studied in any species for the intended compound. Forum lore runs 10 to 20 mg daily, treating RAD-150 as a longer-acting RAD-140. Without PK data, you do not know whether the ester cleaves as assumed, what the actual duration is, or what the metabolite profile looks like. The SARM with real data closest to this use case is RAD-140, and for a milder profile, ostarine. If you run RAD-150 anyway: a third-party COA first, because you have no way to verify what you actually bought. Bloodwork before and after, covering testosterone, liver enzymes, and lipids. PCT is not optional after anything in the RAD family. The entire SARM class is WADA-prohibited for tested athletes.
