ACP-105 is an obscure research SARM sold on novelty. One rat study, some mouse cognitive work, and a single human urine sample after a microdose, which is a metabolism data point, not a trial. The pitch is “milder than the big SARMs with fewer sides,” but there is no human data to back that up. If you want mild, ostarine has actual trials. ACP-105 is the experiment.
What it is
Acadia Pharmaceuticals built ACP-105 alongside AC-262 as a partial androgen receptor agonist, a SARM that activates the receptor at lower intensity than testosterone. The more interesting sidetrack is the brain work: mouse studies tested ACP-105 for neurological effects, where it reduced anxiety and, combined with the estrogen receptor beta agonist AC-186, improved cognition and reduced brain amyloid in a transgenic Alzheimer’s model. That is why you see it mentioned in nootropic circles. But those are transgenic mice, not people, and the cognition angle has never been tested in a human.

Realistic protocols
No human dose has been tested for any outcome that matters. Forum dosing runs 5 to 10 mg daily for six to eight weeks, but that range is community lore, not evidence. If you run it: source with a COA first, because a compound this obscure on the grey market could be anything in the capsule. Bloodwork before and after, covering testosterone, lipids, and liver enzymes. Suppression is the class tax, plan your PCT before you start. Every SARM is WADA-prohibited in tested sport.
