Udenafil

Udenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor out of South Korea, the same class as sildenafil and tadalafil, working the same way: it blocks the enzyme that switches an erection off, so arousal goes further. Its trick is the window. It comes on within about an hour like sildenafil but keeps going well past it, roughly halfway to tadalafil’s reach, so one pill covers an evening and the morning after.

Korea also tested it as a low daily dose, the way people run tadalafil, and it works that way too. Nothing in its profile is worse than its siblings’. Nothing is better either, and the evidence base is a fraction of theirs, mostly Korean trials of a few hundred men each.

If you have it and want to run it, the trials give you two shapes. On demand: 100 mg, 30 minutes to an hour before sex, and it carries you into the next morning. Daily: 50 mg every morning, the tadalafil-style always-ready approach, where timing stops mattering. Move daily to 75 mg only if 50 falls short, because side effects climb with it. A 200 mg on-demand dose exists and the trials used it, but it’s for men whom 100 genuinely failed, not the next step on a ladder.

Strong antifungals like ketoconazole push udenafil exposure up hard; don’t combine. Kidney trouble raises levels too, so stay at the low end. A couple of drinks is fine; heavy drinking stacks with the blood pressure dip. On an alpha-blocker, start low. And the hard rule, same as every PDE5: never with nitrates, meaning nitroglycerin, isosorbide or poppers, or with riociguat, a lung blood-pressure drug.

Last thing: outside Korea and Russia, nobody’s pharmacy stocks it, so what you’d buy online is unverified powder or pills. That alone tips the call to tadalafil, which is everywhere and costs little.
