RGPU-95 has a single rat study and nothing else. No human data, no PK, no safety profile. The one study found it more anxiolytic than phenylpiracetam and comparable to imipramine as an antidepressant, which is interesting on paper. One rat paper is not something I can build a recommendation on. If you are curious about this corner of the racetam family, phenylpiracetam itself has more behind it.
What it is
A para-chloro analog of phenylpiracetam from the Russian racetam research pipeline. One published study compared it to phenylpiracetam and diazepam for anxiolytic effects and to imipramine for antidepressant effects, all in rats. RGPU-95 showed greater anxiolytic activity than phenylpiracetam but lower anxiolytic activity than diazepam, and antidepressant activity comparable to imipramine. That is the entire scientific record. As a research chemical it sits at the far edge of the racetam family, where the compounds grow increasingly obscure and the data increasingly absent.

Realistic protocols
There is no human dosing data for RGPU-95. I cannot build a protocol from one rat behavioral study that never measured oral absorption or blood levels. If you source it and run it anyway, the only sensible starting point is to treat it like phenylpiracetam at a conservative dose, since the rat study showed greater activity than phenylpiracetam but no dose comparison exists. Keep the run very short. Log everything. You are the study.
