Zero. Not thin data, not old data, zero. No published study of any kind exists for phenylpiracetam hydrazide. It is sold on the reputation of phenylpiracetam, which at least has animal pharmacology and a WADA ban behind it. Whether swapping in a hydrazide group preserves the parent’s profile is genuinely unknown. It might work the same. It might not. What it is

A structural analog of phenylpiracetam carrying a hydrazide modification. The compound began appearing in vendor catalogs around the time Phenotropil production stopped in Russia and phenylpiracetam supply thinned. What is clear is that nobody has published a single study characterizing what it does to the pharmacology.
