Pentadeca Arginate
guinea pig0 sources
Pentadeca arginate is marketed as a more stable, better-absorbed version of BPC-157, and that story might even be true. Nobody has checked: no published study, no preclinical data, no human data, no independent analysis of what is in the vial. You are paying a premium for a vendor’s word that this is better BPC. Run BPC-157 instead, it is cheaper, better documented, and has a real preclinical base and a few human pilots behind it.
What it is
Marketed as a BPC-157-related peptide in an arginine salt form for improved stability and oral bioavailability. That claim is plausible in principle, arginine salts can improve peptide stability, but no indexed publication defines what pentadeca arginate actually is, its chemical composition, its mechanism, or its biological activity. It exists in vendor catalogs and community forums, not in the scientific literature.
In the healing column it sits behind BPC-157 and TB-500 by a wide margin, not because the idea is bad, but because the idea is all there is.
What the research shows
There is no research section to write. That is the finding:
Realistic protocols
I am not building a protocol for a compound with no published data of any kind. For the record, vendors and community posts run it at doses similar to BPC-157, roughly 250 to 500 mcg subcutaneously once or twice a day, and some take it orally on the stability claim. If you run it anyway, treat it as an unverified BPC-157 variant: same dose range, same cycle length, same caution, and understand that nobody has studied what you are putting in your body.
Side effects
No side-effect data exists in any form, published or otherwise. What people report tracks BPC-157’s profile:
