Skip it. One published abstract, one finding: crystagen activated B cells in the aging spleen. No human trial, no dose-finding, no safety data, no second study. Even by bioregulator standards, where the evidence bar is already low, crystagen barely has a shelf to stand on. If immune support is the goal, sleep, training, and a balanced diet do more than anything this thin can promise.
What it is
A three-amino-acid synthetic bioregulator from the Khavinson program, aimed at immune tissue. The family’s premise is that short peptides can signal restoration in their target organs. Crystagen is the immune entry, with a single published abstract behind it.
It shares the shelf with epitalon, the most studied bioregulator, and a string of organ-specific siblings. Crystagen has among the least published evidence of any compound on this shelf.

Realistic protocols
No published study names a dose, route, or schedule for crystagen in any species. The community runs it on the Khavinson bioregulator course: short subcutaneous runs of 10 to 20 days, once or twice a year. That protocol has nothing to do with crystagen specifically, and one abstract about B cell activation in an aging spleen is not a foundation for an immune protocol. If you run it anyway, keep it short and understand you are running on faith, not pharmacology.
